Our Solutions
Hands-on AI learning that starts with your people's real work.
In times of change, learners inherit the earth; while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.
— Eric Hoffer

Keep the Momentum Going
Our core experiences are just the beginning. These solutions prepare your people before sessions, reinforce learning after, and extend capability into new areas.
Ignite
Self-paced AI onboarding
The fast start before a LaunchPad or Acceleration Lab. Ignite builds foundational AI language, history, and use cases through videos, micro-lessons, and hands-on experiments, plus a peer community where participants share reflections.
Comets
Microlearning with macro impact
Multi-day mobile learning campaigns, just 10 minutes a day. Comets introduce new ideas, reinforce what participants learned in session, or launch fresh learning journeys. Designed to close the gap between learning and doing.
Orbits
Topical electives for deeper exploration
Three 60-minute sessions focused on safe AI exploration and experimentation. Try advanced features, compare approaches, and share tips with peers. Perfect for teams ready to go deeper in specific use cases.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a pitch. We want to understand your strategic context, your people, and what success looks like before we propose anything.
Needs assessment
We meet with your team to understand the challenge — who's involved, what's been tried, where the energy is, and where the resistance is. This might be one call or several over weeks.
Co-design
We build a design document together: your industry context, strategic priorities, participant profiles, and the specific AI tools your people use. Every session is customized around what matters to your organization.
Pilot
For larger rollouts, we start with a pilot session. It validates the design, surfaces refinements, and builds confidence before you commit to scale.
Delivery
We facilitate the initial sessions ourselves and can train your internal leaders or our network of certified facilitators to carry the program forward. Formats range from a half-day LaunchPad to multi-day Acceleration Labs to executive Strategy Rooms.
Reinforcement & measurement
Learning sticks when it's reinforced. Our Comet micro-learning platform extends the experience over weeks with 10-minute daily activities. We also help you measure what changed — skills, confidence, and real adoption in the workflow.
Common Questions
Do participants need AI experience before attending?
No. LaunchPad is designed for people who are curious but haven't started, all the way through early adopters. The Acceleration Lab assumes basic familiarity — a LaunchPad or equivalent experience is helpful but not required. We meet participants where they are.
What's the difference between the LaunchPad and the Acceleration Lab?
LaunchPad builds AI fluency and confidence across a broad audience — it's the starting point for an enterprise rollout. The Acceleration Lab goes deeper: teams deconstruct their value chain, design AI experiments, and build a vision of their future. LaunchPad is a half-day; the Acceleration Lab is typically a full day.
Which AI tools do you use in sessions?
Yours. Every hands-on activity uses the AI tools your organization has already deployed — Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others. We don't bring a demo environment. Participants practice with the tools they'll use at their desk the next morning.
Can you deliver virtually?
Yes. All of our programs work in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Virtual sessions run on Zoom with a trained operator handling breakout rooms, polls, and tech support so the facilitator can focus on the learning experience.
How do you customize sessions for our organization?
Every engagement begins with a co-design process. We learn your industry, strategic priorities, and the specific challenges your participants face. The scenarios, use cases, and examples in each session are built around your context — not generic templates.
Can our internal leaders facilitate the sessions?
Yes, especially for LaunchPad. It's designed for leader-led deployment, so we can train your internal facilitators to run sessions independently. For the Acceleration Lab and Strategy Room, we typically facilitate the first sessions ourselves and train additional facilitators as the engagement scales.
How do you measure results?
We work with your team to define what success looks like — whether that's AI adoption rates, confidence scores, or specific experiments participants run after the session. Our Comet micro-learning platform reinforces learning over weeks and gives you visibility into engagement and follow-through.
What size groups do you work with?
It depends on the program. Acceleration Labs are intentionally small (around 20-25) for depth and coaching. LaunchPad scales to hundreds or thousands of participants through leader-led deployment and multiple sessions. The Strategy Room is designed for executive teams of 8-15.
